"Personalized guidance didn’t feel worth it"
I was hoping the personalized guidance would give me something specific I could actually use, but it felt generic. It wasn’t awful, just not very helpful, and I kept thinking I might be wasting time I could’ve spent figuring things out on my own.

"Consultation felt soooo rushed!!!"
Honestly... it felt like the whole consultation was over before it even started?? I didn’t really feel listened to, and for what I paid, it just wasn’t worth it!!!

"Good selection, but I was hoping for more"
They do have a decent amount of health-related stuff to choose from, and I didn’t feel like the selection was bad by any means. I guess I just felt a little underwhelmed because I was expecting more variety in a few sections. If you’re someone like me who likes to compare a bunch of different products before deciding, it might feel a bit limited. Overall, it’s fine, just not as impressive as I had hoped.

"Disappointing visit and prices felt a little shady"
I stopped by this local shop hoping to pick up a few basic things, but it was kind of a letdown. The store felt a bit messy and hard to navigate, and while the staff seemed friendly enough, they weren’t much help when I asked about a product. The prices also felt high, and I couldn’t shake the feeling there might be some extra markup or hidden costs baked in somewhere. I’ll probably just order from somewhere else next time.

I tried a few things from Spirit of Health hoping for a big turning point with my digestion, it did help a bit after a few weeks. It wasn’t some dramatic life-changing transformation, but I did notice things felt a little more settled. The shipping took longer than I expected, which was frustrating when I was already waiting for relief like it was the next chapter in a survival story. Overall, it was okay and I don’t regret trying it, but it wasn’t amazing for me.

"Didnt feel strong enough"
I grabbed this supplement from Spirit of Health hoping it would make a noticeable difference, but it felt mild to me. I followed the directions on the bottle and gave it a fair shot, but I didnt really feel much change.

Maybe it works better for other people, but for what it costs, I was expecting something a bit more effective. I probably wont buy this one again.

"Frustrating experience and they need to do better"
I wasn’t happy with my experience. The site was confusing to navigate, and it took way too long just to find basic information. By the end, I didn’t really get what I came for, and the whole process felt more frustrating than it needed to be. I get that not every site is perfect, but there should be some accountability for making sure customers can actually use it without wasting their time. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me it was a letdown

"It helped my stomach a little"
So, I tried a few things from Spirit of Health KC for digestion, it did seem to help with bloating on some days. Not like a huge, life-changing difference or anything, but there were definitely times where my stomach felt a bit better. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there. I do feel like it was kind of pricey for what I got, but overall, I mean, it wasn’t bad.

I’ve ordered from Spirit of Health KC a few times now and it’s been easy overall. My stuff usually ships out with no issues. One order did take a bit longer than I expected, but when I reached out they got back to me with an update, so nbd. Overall, good experience and I’ll keep using them for my regular supplements.

I gave it a try hoping it would help with my pain, but I didn’t feel much of a difference. Shipping was totally fine and it showed up when it was supposed to, but it just wasn’t really it for me

I was ready to grab a couple supplements, but the product pages felt too thin. The descriptions were vague, and I had to dig around just to get basic info.

I couldn’t quickly find full ingredients, sourcing, or a plain explanation of what’s actually in each product. Maybe it’s there, but it wasn’t easy to spot.

With health stuff, I need clear details before buying. I ended up skipping the order because I just didn’t feel sure enough...

I tried this detox support product hoping I’d feel a noticeable difference, but i was disappointed. I used it as directed and didn’t experience much beyond what I’d normally feel from just drinking more water and eating a bit cleaner. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but for the price and the expectations I had, it just didn’t do much for me.

"Checkout was a mess"
I tried to pay twice, and both times the checkout froze right after I entered my card info. There wasn’t any clear error message, and my cart started updating in a weird way, which made it even more confusing. I was just trying to buy my stuff, not solve a mystery. Anyway, I gave up. Frustrating.

I reached out to spiritofhealthkc.com with what I thought was a simple question, and getting a real answer was like pulling teeth. I waited a few days, sent another message, and still got nothing useful back. Maybe they’re swamped, but the customer service felt weak. I’m not expecting royal treatment, just a basic reply. The whole thing came off amateur, and dealing with that kind of runaround was frustrating.
